Debt Collector

Collecting payments on assigned delinquent accounts, the full-time Call Center Collector will review documentation, contact customers via telephone and written correspondence, and arrange repayment schedules to minimize organizational loss in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Review documentation and contact customers to collect payments on delinquent accounts Arrange repayment schedules to minimize financial loss for the organization Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment agreements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Two to three years of experience in collections and/or customer service activities Knowledge of loan collection policies and fair debt collection practices Ability to organize and interpret information effectively Familiarity with relevant laws related to debt collection
