Commissions Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Commissions Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $65,000 to $90,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Administer commission and incentive payment processes while ensuring accurate calculations and timely distributions. Analyze financial data, compensation records, and performance metrics to support reporting and payment accuracy. Prepare recurring financial reports, management summaries, and performance analyses for leadership review. Manage billing activities, reconcile account balances, and research discrepancies to ensure accurate financial records. Collaborate with internal teams and external business partners to resolve issues and improve financial processes. Requirements A Bachelor degree in accounting, finance, business administration, economics, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in commissions administration, financial reporting, accounting, or a related function. Demonstrate experience processing incentive compensation, reconciliations, or other financial calculations. Possess advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with complex financial data and reporting requirements. Maintain the ability to manage recurring deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance with established procedures. Qualifications Apply strong analytical and problem solving skills to identify discrepancies and resolve financial issues efficiently. Demonstrate exceptional attention to detail when reviewing compensation data, billing records, and financial reports. Communicate effectively with business partners, service providers, leadership teams, and internal stakeholders. Maintain strong organizational skills while handling multiple priorities and ongoing reporting responsibilities.
