Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Location: This is a fully on-site opportunity in Cincinnati, Ohio, Monday through Friday. This position is not available as a hybrid or remote role.

Note: Candidates must have 2+ years of billing, bookkeeping, or accounting experience and at least 1 year of electronic billing (e-billing) experience.

Job Description

\n

\n
• Manage and facilitate electronic billing for an assigned group of clients.
\n
• Prepare ad hoc billing reports and provide accurate information to management and internal teams.
\n
• Monitor and follow up on aged work in process (WIP), banking, and other outstanding billing items.
\n
• Support month-end billing close procedures and ensure deadlines are met.
\n
• Manage a high volume of billing-related emails and calls with professionalism and responsiveness.
\n
• Respond to client billing inquiries and process client credit card payments as needed.
\n
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with accounting personnel and other internal teams.
\n
• Participate in billing meetings and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve billing processes, accuracy, and efficiency.
\n
• Perform additional billing and accounting-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

\n

\n
• 2+ years of billing, bookkeeping, or accounting experience.
\n
• 1+ year of electronic billing (e-billing) experience.
\n
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
\n
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
\n
• Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
\n
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
\n
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
\n
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
\n
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
\n
• Demonstrated initiative and interest in process improvement.
\n
