Responsibilities: Prepare restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order Attend to customers upon entrance to the restaurant Present menus and be knowledgeable of menu contents, recipes, and restaurant offerings Verify guests' identification to ensure they meet age requirements for alcohol consumption Have basic knowledge of menu prices, composition of items, preparation techniques, and time of preparation. Must be familiar with daily specials and offers to guests Cooperate and communicate with all serving and kitchen staff Adhere to all relevant health department rules/regulations and all customer service guidelines Dress in appropriate event staff uniform at all times, while also maintaining professional appearance Act with the highest level of integrity in every decision Requirements: Prior Food Service experience is ideal, but willing to train the right person.
