Associate Contracts Manager / Paralegal

Job Title: Associate Contracts Manager/Paralegal Location: South San Francisco, CA 94080 - Hybrid (three days a week on-site, two remote) Duration: 07/26/2026 to 01/26/2027 Working Days and Hours: Monday through Friday (8 hour shifts) Interview Format: Two Rounds (1 - Hiring Manager; 2 - Next Level Manager - 45 minutes - virtual) Must-Have Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline Experience drafting and managing agreements (full lifecycle exposure preferred) Strong understanding of scientific terminology (antibodies, plasmids, DNA, genetically modified models, etc.) Basic knowledge of legal agreement structure (amendments, obligations, parties) Nice-to-Have Qualifications 2-4 years of relevant experience in pharma, biotech Legal education or direct legal/contracts experience Experience specifically managing Material Transfer Agreements (MTAs) #J-18808-Ljbffr Merck & Co.
