As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Position: Operating Director – Full‑Time Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL Benefits Competitive starting salary 20% quarterly cash profit share Initial corporate training and ongoing corporate support Paid health, dental, and vision insurance Company‑provided car, paid gas, and cell phone stipend Unlimited PTO with corporate approval Responsibilities Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support. Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Culture referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and scheduling: hire, onboard, and ensure all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on‑call responsibilities. In‑home assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial management: oversee office budget and profit & loss statements. Cultivate a workplace of choice for the territory, incentivizing, motivating, and setting a positive tone of team morale. Qualifications Proven leadership experience managing a team. Success in meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Attributes Desire to leave behind the typical structured, 8‑5 desk job.
