We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Business Office Manager (BOM) to join our leadership team and oversee all aspects of our business office functions. Your Role as a Business Office Manager:

• Monitor and process Medicaid Pending applications

• Prepare and submit applicable write-off requests per collection policy

• Prepare daily deposits

• Oversee all aspects of Accounts Payable

• Oversee all aspects of Payroll

• Supervise Business Office staff

• Complete additional duties as assigned by management

Who We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree in accounting or related field preferred

• Knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Insurance, and VA billing practices

• Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and computerized office systems

• Microsoft Office experience preferred

• Ability to read, write, and follow oral/written directions at a level necessary to perform job tasks

• A professional team player with reliable attendance
