NO ADDITIONAL RTO OR SCHEDULE REQUESTS CAN BE REQUESTED POST SUBMISSION, POST OFFER OR POST START/ONSITE No RTO allowed the first week of an assignment. License Information: MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state). IL: License in hand required at time of submittal. Compact: Must match permanent residence otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA. Radius/Local Rules: No local candidates accepted within 75 mile radius.
