We are seeking a driven Insurance Sales Representative who wants to grow within a long-established, high-performing Farm Bureau agency. You will sell and cross-sell home, auto, umbrella, commercial, and life products while working in a laid-back, goal-focused environment. Warm leads, firm support, and a clear advancement path make this an ideal role for someone ready to produce at a high level.

• First-year earnings expected between $65,000 and $85,000
• Bonus opportunities with warm leads provided

Responsibilities

• Sell home, auto, and umbrella coverages
• Cross-sell life insurance across personal lines
• Prospect and sell commercial insurance
• Cross-sell life insurance to commercial customers
• Meet monthly production goals of 15 property and casualty policies and 2 life policies

Requirements

• 1+ year of property and casualty experience
• Current insurance license or ability to obtain before start date
• Comfortable with computer systems and online platforms
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Goal-oriented mindset with the drive to meet and exceed targets
