Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and providing therapy to couples, as well as individual sessions tailored to specific needs.

• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans based on the unique requirements of each client and their family dynamics.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices to address a wide range of issues including:

• Alcohol abuse
\n
• Mental and physical abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts and communication difficulties

• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce

• Support for blended families
\n
• Job-related stressors
\n

• Documenting progress and outcomes meticulously, adhering to best practices and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care is provided for patients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. By addressing family dynamics and individual challenges, you will facilitate improved communication and relationships within families, ultimately leading to healthier functioning within the home and community.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess the following qualifications:

• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Applicants should have a minimum of one year of experience in the field, preferably in a clinical outpatient setting. Experience with telehealth services is a definite plus, allowing for a smoother transition into our remote work model.

Compensation and Benefits\n
