We seek an experienced paralegal with a passion and a desire to support all practice areas. Our ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, personable, technologically savvy, and has strong communication skills. The candidate must be a team player and thrive in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters. Legal or professional services experience is required.

Anticipated compensation is $50,000-75,000, and we offer a competitive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, affidavits, and discovery requests.
• File motions and pleadings consistent with applicable judicial procedures.
• Research and analyze statutes, regulations, legal articles, judicial decisions, and other legal sources; provide written analysis to attorneys.
• Interview clients and witnesses and prepare summary statements.
• Prepare, organize, store, and retrieve case files, which may include evidence, exhibits, depositions, pleadings, exhibits, and other items.
• Assist attorneys with trial preparation and trial presentation.
• Develop and maintain records of billable hours on specific cases.
