Compensation: $50,000 to $80,000 per year, including performance based commission and incentives

Base Pay: $20 to $25 per hour

Founded in 2017, Funzy Play Family Club creates spaces where children can play, families can connect, and birthdays and special moments become memorable experiences.

Funzy is entering an exciting stage of growth, with plans to expand across the Greater New York area. As we grow, we are building a strong sales team to help more families discover Funzy and turn customer interest into bookings, memberships, and repeat visits.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated, outgoing, and results driven Bilingual Sales Representative who is fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.

This is a sales focused, customer facing role. You will work directly with families to understand their needs, recommend the right Funzy products and experiences, and convert inquiries and visits into purchases and bookings.

You will primarily sell:

• Memberships and Play Passes

• General Play Tickets

• Classes and Programs

• Birthday Party Packages

• Special Events

• Add ons and other Funzy experiences

A major focus of this position will be birthday party sales and customer conversion.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Membership and Guest Sales

• Engage with guests and identify sales opportunities.

• Introduce Memberships, Play Passes, programs, and other Funzy offerings.

• Clearly communicate product benefits, pricing, and value.

• Recommend options based on each family’s needs.

• Convert first time guests into members and repeat customers.

• Meet or exceed monthly sales and conversion goals.

Birthday Party Sales

• Respond to incoming birthday party inquiries.

• Understand each family’s needs, preferences, budget, and event expectations.

• Recommend the most suitable party package and add ons.

• Clearly explain package options, pricing, availability, and policies.

• Follow up consistently with prospective customers.

• Convert qualified leads into confirmed birthday party bookings.

• Maintain accurate customer, lead, and booking information.

Sales Performance

• Meet or exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.

• Track personal sales performance and conversion rates.

• Follow up proactively with leads and sales opportunities.

• Identify opportunities to improve sales results.

• Communicate customer feedback, sales opportunities, and challenges to leadership.

• Continuously improve your sales approach based on performance data and customer feedback.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English.

• Bachelor’s degree or above.

• 3 or more years of sales experience.

• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Confident, persuasive, and customer focused communication style.

• Strong relationship building and customer service skills.

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

• Comfortable working toward revenue, conversion, and performance targets.

• Comfortable using CRM, POS, booking, or customer management systems.

• Experience in retail, hospitality, family entertainment, education, events, children’s services, or another customer facing industry is a plus.

• Availability to work weekends depending on business needs.

Your performance will be evaluated primarily through sales results and customer conversion, including:

• Net Revenue

• Birthday Party Revenue

• Birthday Party Lead Conversion Rate

• Number of Birthday Parties Booked

• Membership Sales

• Play Pass Sales

• Revenue per Guest

• Overall Sales Target Achievement

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Base Pay: $20 to $25 per hour
