7am-5:30pmMonday-Thursday (4/10 Schedule)Temp to HireLocated in Cypress$24-$30 DOEDaily responsibilities:-Prepare and look for the right material.-Program set-up in the machine.-Sharpen tool bites, drill bites, and boring bars as needed.-Machine parts.-Cleaning of machine parts-Safety of the employees and companyChemical Handling:Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) for cleaning of machined parts.Acetone for cleaning of machined partsChange of coolant and oilSafety equipment:Latex glovesEye protectionRespiratorsWipe disposal:Used IPA and acetone wipes can be flammable and proper disposal is requiredUsed wipes will be placed inside a specified collection container after usageThe collection container must have a yellow hazardous labelHazardous Label required to have correct descriptionUsed coolant and oil:Used liquid will be placed inside a specified collection containerThe collection container must have a yellow hazardous labelHazardous Label required to have correct descriptionHazardous Material Contingency training will be provided by the Safety Manager within the first sixmonths of employment and annually thereafter.Machines, Computers, Equipment used:1. Lathe machine.2. Vertical milling machine.3. Proto Trak and Anilam.4. Drill press.5. Bench wringer.6. Band saw.7. Die grinder.8. Surface Grinders.9. Optical Comparator.
