Position Title Human Resources Generalist Wage Based on Experience We are partnering with a leading manufacturing organization to hire an experienced Human Resources Generalist. HR Generalist Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment, ensuring an efficient, positive experience for candidates and hiring managers Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and facilitate hiring decisions and job offers Conduct onboarding activities, including new hire orientations Support employees and managers with HR-related questions, issues, and employee relations concerns Coach managers and staff on HR tools, policies, and procedures to optimize performance and engagement Assist with performance management, development initiatives, and compliance programs Maintain HR data, manage confidential information, and complete ad-hoc reporting and projects Requirements for HR Generalist Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 6+ years of HR experience within manufacturing Recruiting experience within manufacturing Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems Knowledge of ATS systems and HR best practices Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across all levels of the organization Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and work independently Bilingual in Spanish is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Monroechamber
