Monroechamber is seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist in Germantown, WI. In this fully onsite role, you will manage recruitment, support employees with HR inquiries, and conduct onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, over 6 years of HR experience in manufacturing, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
