What You’ll Do As an Licensed Sales Producer, you'll help individuals and families find insurance solutions that fit their needs while building long‑term relationships based on trust, personalized service, and exceptional customer care. Responsibilities Build strong relationships with new and existing customers. Conduct needs‑based conversations to understand customer goals and recommend personalized insurance solutions. Educate clients on insurance products, coverage options, and available discounts. Generate new business through leads, referrals, follow‑up, networking, and agency marketing efforts. Quote, bind, and issue insurance policies while maintaining accuracy and compliance. Identify cross‑selling opportunities to help customers build more comprehensive insurance protection. Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Follow up consistently with prospects and customers to build trust and maintain strong relationships. Maintain accurate customer records using agency technology and CRM systems. Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development. What We’re Looking For Previous insurance sales experience is preferred (especially Allstate!) Active Property & Casualty insurance license is a plus. Entry‑level candidates with strong potential and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply. Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills. Positive, goal‑oriented attitude with a strong desire to succeed. Strong work ethic, professionalism, and dependability. Customer‑focused mindset and genuine desire to help others.
