Our team is constantly pushing boundaries to create new products, pursue new partnerships, or create market-leading features that simplify and enhance our customer’s financial experiences.You bring a unique blend of creativity and strategic thinking from 5+ years of creating experiences for leading consumer brands. You have a deep understanding of design principles, and keen attention to detail. You are an organized self-starter who can deal with ambiguity and deliver independently. You are an excellent cross-functional collaborator and are comfortable presenting and defending your ideas to other designers, marketers, product managers, engineers, and leaders. In this role, you'll collaborate across design (visual and user experience), marketing, and product teams to make our experiences easier to understand and more delightful. You'll transform customer insights into compelling visual narratives, using data to guide your creative decisions. Your work will directly impact how millions of customers experience Amazon's financial products.You thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment and are always on the lookout for ways to improve and simplify. Above all, you are passionate about solving problems for real people.Basic qualifications- 5+ years of design experience- Have an available online portfolio- Knowledge of branding guidelines and corporate identity, visual design, print and digital layout design, with experience in designing for both mobile and desktop applications- Experience in Adobe Creative Suit applications, with high proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat using macOS- Experience working with agile development teams (agile/scrum/kanban)- Experience in visual design expertise with ability to produce fresh, simple, elegant and exceedingly usable layouts and interactions and iconography- Experience with Figma and the Adobe CS suite: XD, Photoshop, Illustrator. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
