We’re seeking dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our expanding Home Health team across the Dallas-Fort Worth region. This role is ideal for nurses who value independence, flexibility, meaningful patient relationships, and a supportive clinical environment. The Opportunity As a Billet Health LVN, you’ll provide skilled nursing care directly in patients’ homes and assisted living communities. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your schedule and coordinate visits with your patients while receiving ongoing support from our RN Case Managers and Director of Nursing.
