Superintendent - ConcretePosition OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Superintendent specializing in vertical concrete construction to oversee our high-rise, healthcare, industrial warehouses and variety of projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently, adhering to safety and quality standards while managing on-site personnel and resources.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the construction process on-site for commercial and industrial concrete projects.Manage and coordinate subcontractors and labor resources to ensure project timelines are met.Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Collaborate with project managers and engineers to resolve any issues that may arise during construction.Maintain accurate records of construction progress and report to upper management.Ensure that all materials and equipment are available and properly utilized on-site.Implement and enforce safety protocols and best practices among all team members.QualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in concrete construction, specifically commercial and/or industrial projectsStrong knowledge of concrete construction methods and processes.Experience in self-performing general contracting work is a plus.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to travel frequently to various job sites.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.Benefits401(k)401(k) matchingMedical insuranceVision insuranceDental insuranceLife insuranceShort-term disability insuranceLong-term disability insuranceEmployee Assistance Program
