Licensed Physical Therapist

Position Summary Licensed Physical Therapist (Full-time) at Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy / Excel Physical Therapy. Job Description State of Location: New Jersey, 32 Piermont Road, Cresskill, NJ 07626. We provide world-class care in physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and ABA services. Physical Therapists have opportunities for new-grad mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, and future clinic partnership. We prioritize sustainable practice environments with lower productivity expectations, professional growth, hands-on learning, strong clinical relationships, collaboration, and long-term career stability. Compensation Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year (based on location, experience, certifications, etc.). Sign-on bonus: $5,000. Clinician bonus plan: up to an additional $1,192.31 per paycheck ($31,000 annually). Welcome bonus or student loan repayment up to $10,000.
