This position is based in San Antonio, Texas, and requires onsite presence. The role involves managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy, and providing timely financial information. The analyst will work in a fast-paced environment and use generic technology tools to facilitate payroll operations. Collaborate with managers and team members to achieve organizational objectives. Apply payroll solutions in a dynamic environment. Build global relationships and exercise good judgment. Ensure accurate processing and recording of payroll. Manage payroll processes in multiple currencies. Communicate with employees about payroll discrepancies. Produce regular and ad hoc payroll reports.

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees. Understand payroll laws and regulations. Ensure timely and accurate payroll transactions. Provide excellent customer service regarding compensation requests. Support management in payroll process improvements.

3-5 years' experience in a similar payroll role. Solid understanding of accounting fundamentals. Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and state regulations. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage sensitive information. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
