Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the Opportunity TEKsystems is partnering with a leading payments and technology organization to hire Bilingual Customer Service Representatives who are fluent in both Spanish and English. This is a fully remote opportunity supporting customers with utility and gas bill payment services. Responsibilities Answer inbound customer service calls regarding utility and gas bill payments Assist customers with questions about their accounts and billing statements Process customer payments securely over the phone Support customers who have missed payments and need assistance restoring utility services Direct callers to the appropriate department when issues fall outside the scope of support Provide professional, empathetic, and efficient customer service in both English and Spanish Accurately document customer interactions and payment information Required Qualifications Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal) At least 1 year of call center customer service experience OR Minimum 2 years of retail, hospitality, or customer service experience if no call center experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound calls Ability to navigate computer systems while speaking with customers Reliable internet connection and a dedicated remote workspace Preferred Qualifications Previous bilingual call center experience Experience handling billing, payment processing, or utility-related customer inquiries What We Offer 100% Remote Work Environment Opportunity to gain valuable customer service and call center experience Potential career growth opportunities within the organization and affiliated business units Join a company committed to innovation and sustainability Supportive team environment with virtual training and coaching Interview Process One virtual interview with the hiring manager Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Nashville, TN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.23 - $19.23/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
