CFY Rate $45-50 Responsibilities As a Speech Language Pathologist, you help patients communicate, swallow, and work to diminish or remediate disorders or deficits. You design and deliver rehab services, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with patients and peers to execute those plans. You adopt a holistic view of each patient, tailoring programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance speech and communication abilities. You adapt to diverse settings—cleaning equipment, reporting to meetings—and thrive in a dynamic environment. You teach patients and caregivers skills that promote independence and productivity. Qualifications A Master's degree in Speech‑Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, Communicative Disorders, or a similarly titled area recognized by the American Speech‑Language‑Hearing Association.
