Key Qualifications:

• Experience working as a paraprofessional in school settings
• Bilingual fluency required to communicate effectively with students and families
• Skilled in supporting individual students (1:1), especially in pediatric or special education contexts
• Comfortable working with grades K–5, 6–8, and 9–12
• Demonstrated ability to follow long-term assignments and adapt to classroom needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized academic and behavioral support to assigned student(s), ensuring engagement and progress
• Collaborate with educators, therapists, and staff to implement educational plans
• Use effective communication skills (in both English and another language) to build strong rapport with students and families
• Assist with classroom tasks, participation, and learning activities, adapting strategies as needed
• Support student safety, independence, and inclusion across school settings
