Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers by preparing materials, monitoring student progress, and reinforcing lesson concepts.
• Provide one-on-one or small group assistance to students who need additional academic or behavioral support.
• Help implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) under teacher guidance.
• Supervise students during instructional and non-instructional activities, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.
• Collaborate with teachers and special education staff to adapt resources for individual learning needs.
• Contribute to maintaining classroom organization and discipline.
