⚖️ Position: EEO Investigator

Contract: 8 Weeks with possible extension

⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7.5-hour shifts

Pay: $60 to $65/hr on W2

✅ Guaranteed 37.5 Hours Weekly

Job Summary:

The EEO Investigator will support the Office of Legal Affairs by conducting internal investigations related to discrimination, harassment, and workplace complaints while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct internal investigations involving workplace discrimination and harassment claims

• Interview complainants, witnesses, and involved parties

• Review and analyze documentation, evidence, and case details

• Prepare detailed investigative reports and recommendations

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws

• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism throughout investigations

• Assist with special projects and legal support assignments as needed

• Travel to healthcare facilities across NYC when required

• Collaborate with HR, Legal, and leadership teams regarding case findings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• JD preferred

• Minimum 4 years of EEO investigation experience required

• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws

• Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

• Strong investigative and interviewing skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare or hospital environment

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
