Responsibilities Drive our high-quality employee standards by helping to maintain a fully staffed kitchen, fostering an inclusive environment, developing our kitchen associates, and holding the team accountable in a constructive and supportive way. Implement effective security protocols to ensure the ongoing safety of both our employees and guests. Drive restaurant results by supervising the setup and food production areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and minimize waste. Ensure line checks, testing, training, recipe adherence, expo management, cook times and cooking standards. Take pride in presenting quality food by ensuring all menu items are made according to recipe and presentation standards. Enforce safety and sanitation practices by upholding a passion for excellence and maintaining immaculate facilities. Be a role model and foster a passionate culture within your restaurant focused on fun and balanced living. Requirements Minimum of 2 years prior kitchen supervisory or kitchen management experience Minimum of 2 years of previous polished casual or fine dining experience preferred Availability to work a flexible schedule Legal authorization to work in the United States Must be at least 21 years of age Basic computer proficiency preferred Bloomin Brands offers benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401k.
