Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and prepare regular reports for management. Train and support staff on best practices for customer service and relationship management. Qualifications Proven experience as a Customer Relations Manager or similar role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem‑solving abilities and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments. Detail‑oriented with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools is a plus.
