You will work closely with subcontractors, field crews, project management, engineering teams, and utility stakeholders to ensure construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project requirements.Despite the Coordinator title, this is a hands-on construction leadership role suited to someone with experience overseeing substation or utility construction in the field. xhyhwjd You will help coordinate subcontractors, monitor progress, resolve field issues, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure the project remains on schedule.What We're Looking ForExperience overseeing or coordinating utility substation construction projectsStrong understanding of substation construction and field executionExperience working with electrical, civil, structural, or high-voltage utility infrastructureBackground working on greenfield and/or brownfield substation projectsAbility to coordinate subcontractors, field crews, and project stakeholdersStrong understanding of construction safety, quality, scheduling, and project executionExperience working for a utility contractor, EPC, or directly with a utility clientStrong communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, field-based construction environmentWillingness to be based on-site in Louisville, Kentucky
