Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations when clients are assessed, identifying mental health needs and creating tailored treatment plans that reflect individual goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed approaches—to provide therapy to individuals, families, and groups

• Collaborate closely with a network of professionals, such as case managers, psychiatrists, and other therapists, to coordinate care effectively across service areas.

• Respond promptly to crisis situations, providing immediate support to clients experiencing acute challenges, employing both clinical knowledge and empathetic communication.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n
