Key Responsibilities

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist, your primary duties will include:

• Conducting thorough patient assessments and formulating individualized treatment plans based on clinical evaluation.
• Implementing tailored therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to effectively address patients' needs.
• Educating patients and their families about treatment protocols and self-management strategies to enhance recovery.
• Documenting patient progress and outcomes diligently to track improvements and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Engaging actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to share insights and coordinate comprehensive patient care.
• Providing mentorship and training to junior therapists and support staff, fostering a collaborative environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary focus is on individuals recovering from orthopedic conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation and sports injuries. As we are renowned in the San Francisco Bay area for our specialization in pelvic floor rehabilitation, you will also work with patients facing pelvic health challenges. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy is preferred).
• A valid Physical Therapy License in California.
• Current CPR certification (preferred).
• Strong foundational knowledge of orthopedic rehabilitation and pelvic floor therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
