Packing Specialist Turn Hard Work Into Real Skills

At TruCut, we build precision components that keep HVAC systems running across the country. Behind every part is a team that takes pride in doing things rightand that includes how our products are packaged and shipped.

The Role

This isnt just packing boxes.

Youll be responsible for preparing finished products for shipment, making sure every part is protected, labeled correctly, and ready to arrive in perfect condition.

What Youll Do

Package finished parts according to specifications
Inspect products for quality before shipment
Label and organize shipments accurately
Prepare materials for safe transport
Keep work areas clean and organized

Work Schedule & Expectations

The shifts we're looking to help support with that have a need:

Our night shift operation .
- Typical schedule: 7:00 PM 5:30AM
- Overtime is common as we are significantly growing this part of the business.

Were upfront about this because the role comes with strong earning potential for those willing to put in the hours.

Our day shift operation.
- Typical Schedule: 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Overtime as needed.
