Production Worker

Location: Salem, Ohio

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate:

• 1st Shift (Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 1:30 pm): $14.00 per hour
• 2nd Shift (Monday-Thursday, 1:30 pm - midnight): $14.00 per hour

General Functions

Dedicated Production Workers to join our growing team. As a Production Worker, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring the safety, quality, and on-time delivery of parts that meet or exceed customer requirements. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Maintaining a safe, organized, and clean work environment.
• Supporting production personnel as needed to meet production goals.
• Setting up and safely operating secondary processing equipment with proper tooling and automation.
• Inspecting parts in accordance with company policy and quality standards.
• Assembling packaging and shipping containers.
• Ensuring proper packaging and labeling of products.
• Maintaining organization and cleanliness in your work area.

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Reliable and punctual
