We are currently seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment used in the production of high-quality protein bar products.
What You'll Do:
* Set up and operate extrusion machinery
* Monitor production to ensure consistent product quality
* Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and cleaning
* Conduct quality checks and document production data
* Follow food safety, GMP, and safety protocols
* Communicate issues promptly to supervisors
What We're Looking For:
* Experience operating manufacturing or extrusion equipment preferred
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
* Attention to detail and quality focus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
* Strong attendance and reliability
Work Environment:
* Production facility environment
* PPE required
* Standing for extended periods
* Lifting up to 50 lbs
