Extrusion Operator

Job Description Job Description We are currently seeking a skilled Extrusion Operator to join our production team. This role is responsible for operating and maintaining extrusion equipment used in the production of high-quality protein bar products. What You’ll Do: Set up and operate extrusion machinery Monitor production to ensure consistent product quality Perform basic equipment troubleshooting and cleaning Conduct quality checks and document production data Follow food safety, GMP, and safety protocols Communicate issues promptly to supervisors What We’re Looking For: Experience operating manufacturing or extrusion equipment preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and quality focus Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Strong attendance and reliability Work Environment: Production facility environment PPE required Standing for extended periods Lifting up to 50 lbs Pre-Employment Requirements Employment offers are contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening and background check. All pre-employment screening will be conducted in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
