Staff Accountant

Staff Accountant (Reconciliations Focus) Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with strong expertise in account reconciliations for a full-time role. This position will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial records, with a heavy focus on cleaning up and maintaining reconciliations across accounts. This is an on-site role based in Larkspur ideal for someone who is hands‑on, organized, and able to quickly assess and resolve discrepancies. Key Responsibilities Perform bank, credit card, and general ledger reconciliations Identify, research, and resolve account discrepancies Assist with month‑end close and financial reporting support Review and clean up historical financial data as needed Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date financial records Support AP/AR functions as needed Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial processes Qualifications 5+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience Strong expertise in account reconciliations (required) Degree in Accounting preferred Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks or similar) Advanced Excel skills preferred High attention to detail and strong problem‑solving ability Ability to work independently and meet deadlines #J-18808-Ljbffr Renowned Recruitment Group
