This role would suit an Electronics Assembler, Soldering Technician or Assembly Operative looking for long-term stability, specialist training and genuine career progression.

The Role

• Assemble electronic components, cable assemblies and wire harnesses to high quality standards.
• Carry out soldering, visual inspections, testing and rework where required.
• Ongoing training provided, including funded IPC/J-STD certifications and opportunities to progress into Team Leader or Quality Engineering roles.

The Candidate

• Previous electronics assembly or soldering experience.
• Able to produce high-quality work with excellent attention to detail.
• Looking for a long-term career and eager to develop through training and progression.
