Quality Inspector

Job Title

Performs a variety of inspection tasks to determine compliance including receiving, in process and final inspection of parts, subassemblies and finished assembled products.

Essential Functions

General responsibilities are including but not limited to:

• Receiving inspection of OEM product (assemblies, finished wellhead components, and spares)
• Visual and dimensional inspection of wellhead and valve components
• Processing Nonconformance Reports (Client) at location
• Assisting with Field Performance Report (FPR) investigations
• Processing Engineering Change Notices (ECN) including inspecting inventory and processing Client's
• Completes branch quality documentation accurately and legibly
• Maintaining calibration of branch Measurement and Test Equipment
• Performing routine inspection of Service Tools
• Perform documentation review on OEM component data books
• Performing other related duties as assigned or requested

Education, Training, Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) One or more years wellhead manufacturing experience is preferred in quality control and/or machining, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Job Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

Working knowledge of Quality Systems. Proficient in dimensional inspection of wellhead and valve components.
