- Oversee all operational functions for the Solar Installation Division
- Develop and execute strategic and operational goals aligned with company objectives
- Design, implement, and continuously improve systems, processes, and procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability
- Manage warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory control
- Ensure full compliance with all applicable legal, regulatory, AHJ, and utility requirements throughout the installation process
- Analyze financial data, manage budgets, and prepare forecasts to support business planning
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Maintain working knowledge of electrical and solar installation regulations and compliance requirements by AHJ and utility
- Lead daily meetings and maintain clear communication with installation crews
- Create and manage weekly and daily installation schedules
- Track crew performance, productivity, and quality, providing feedback and corrective actions as needed
- Previous experience as an Operations Manager within the Solar Industry (preferred)
- Strong understanding of organizational effectiveness and operations management best practices
- Proven ability to analyze financial data, manage budgets, and develop accurate financial forecasts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of solar, electrical, AHJ, and utility compliance requirements
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing field crews and cross-functional teams
