Our organization, a prominent Urology practice featuring 11 physicians and 6 mid-level providers, is on the lookout for new talent! We invite you to become part of the leading Urology team along the South Carolina coastline, where we deliver state-of-the-art Urologic care. This is a fantastic chance to inherit an established patient panel due to an upcoming retirement.

Practice Overview:

• Be part of the only Urology group in the region, supported by a well-known Primary Care network for referrals.
• Access to robotic surgical technology.
• Work schedule includes 3 days in the clinic, 1 dedicated day in the operating room, and 1 day at the surgery center.
• Benefit from an exceptional support team with extensive knowledge and high retention rates.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Attractive base salary complemented by a productivity bonus, with earning potential ranging from $500K to $1M.
• Comprehensive benefits package, including paid malpractice insurance and generous time off: 17 PTO days, 10 holidays, 5 CME days, and 4 weeks of parental leave.
• Signing bonus of $50K.
• Opportunity for partnership within 2 years, including an ASC buy-in option.
