Job Description Job Description Now Hiring: Coding & Billing Specialist Community Health Plans Florida (CHP Florida) Community Health Plans Florida is seeking an experienced and motivated Coding & Billing Specialist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a dynamic healthcare organization dedicated to delivering high-quality service and support to our providers and members. Position Details Position: Coding & Billing Specialist Location: Must reside in Miami-Dade or Broward County, Florida Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Salary: $65,000 annually Benefits Package Includes: Comprehensive health insurance Two (2) weeks paid vacation Paid major federal holidays Professional and supportive work environment Qualifications Minimum 5 years of coding and/or medical billing experience Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Experience working within healthcare, managed care, Medicare Advantage, or related healthcare environments preferred Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members About Community Health Plans Florida Community Health Plans Florida is a healthcare management organization committed to supporting providers, improving patient outcomes, and delivering operational excellence throughout the communities we serve.
