Dialysis Facility Administrator - $10K SIGN ON BONUS

Summary Administrator responsible for the overall daily management and operation of the clinic. The Administrator reports directly to first‑line regional operational management, which may be an Area Director, Regional Director, or Vice President of Operations, depending on the region or demographics. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Develop and implement processes for program growth in accordance with company goals. Plan and coordinate patient scheduling to assure timely acceptance of patients and effective staffing levels. Implement clinical and operational processes to improve patient health and minimize hospitalizations and missed treatments. Achieve financial targets, including budget, labor costs, supply costs, and expenditures. Review all incident reports; make recommendations and take action as appropriate; report at monthly QAPI meetings. Promote the quality management program through education and involvement of staff and patients, and lead QAPI meetings and quality improvement committees. Coordinate the functions of all departments, develop standards and methods of measuring patient care services, and maintain chronological records as required by the ESRD Network Coordinating Council and Medicare. Work with staff to maintain thorough documentation in the patient record of all treatments, activities, and communications with the patient, physician, and other health‑care professionals. Achieve program’s target goals for patient outcomes in accordance with quality patient care and company goals. Maintain knowledge of and remain current with federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including health‑care professionals practice act requirements. Assure that the clinic is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and receives continuing certification from all statutory and regulatory agencies. Develop, implement, and follow up necessary corrective action plans for internal and external surveys. Assume charge nurse responsibilities as needed. Fulfill duties listed in the Registered Supervising Nurse job description and nursing services policy, or designate a qualified registered nurse. May assume the responsibility of facility CEO as delegated by the governing body. Conduct and/or participate in meetings with the governing body, regional director, medical director, and staff, ensuring monthly in‑service education and team patient‑care planning meetings. Ensure the Quality Assessment & Performance Improvement Program remains current at all times. Establish, maintain, and submit all required records and reports concerning staff, patients, and operational affairs of the center. Plan, coordinate, and approve effective and efficient staffing to meet patient needs and regulations. Oversee maintenance of equipment and supplies to meet current laws and regulations. Continuously monitor and maintain a safe and sanitary physical environment, ensuring equipment functions properly and adequate inventory levels are maintained. Supervise the maintenance of equipment, building areas, and other property belonging to the center. Know and understand the water treatment and mechanisms of the facility’s equipment. Assist with disinfection of equipment and supplies, including bicarbonate delivery systems and dialysis machines. Monitor all contractual agreements and update as needed with corporate oversight. Maintain a collaborative working relationship with the medical director and physicians. Establish and maintain positive relationships with area hospitals, agencies, vendors, and the community. Actively promote customer‑service standards and develop effective relationships at all levels of the organization. Respond effectively to inquiries or complaints. Ensure all staff meet required qualifications and perform duties within established limitations. Recruit, train, develop, and supervise all personnel. Maintain effective personnel management and employee relations, including evaluating performance, approving hours, counseling, and disciplining employees. Uphold management goals by leading staff in team concepts and promoting a team effort. Communicate expectations effectively, accept accountability, and hold others accountable for performance. Qualifications / Requirements Demonstrated ability to function in a leadership position and to perform in new and emergent situations with sound judgment. Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills. Strong time management and organizational skills. One year of previous dialysis management experience preferred. Working knowledge of the English language and ability to communicate verbally and in writing. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Proficiency in all USRC clinical applications required within 90 days of hire. Must meet applicable, specific state requirements. Full‑time employee of the company and available to clinic staff during clinic hours. Current registered nurse license in applicable state, maintained in good standing. 18 months as an RN with at least 6 months of experience nursing a patient with kidney failure. CPR certification required within 90 days of hire. Confirmation of ability to distinguish all primary colors. Meet any practice requirement(s) for the applicable state.
