Qualifications:

• Current Colorado SLP license with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) certification in hand
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
• Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred
• Ability to work onsite during school hours, 37.5-40 hours per week
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to inclusivity, student success, and evidence-based practices

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Provide direct therapy services to students in group and individual settings
• Collaborate with teachers, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams for holistic student support
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in accordance with school and state requirements
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment tailored to each student’s needs
