Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current, active Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist license along with Colorado Department of Education (CDE) credential
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
• Previous experience in school-based settings strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
• Commitment to providing high-quality speech-language services tailored to students’ individual needs
• Comfortable working onsite for the full contract duration

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Implement and track progress on Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
• Conduct screenings and ongoing evaluations as needed
• Maintain required documentation and follow district, state, and federal regulations
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team activities
