Summary:

Junxion Med Staffing is looking for a CVICU RN to take an assignment in Saint Louis, Missouri.

**Required Experience and Qualifications:**- Must have 1 year of CV ICU experience.- 2 years of nursing experience required.- BCLS, ACLS, and NIH certifications are required.- Must have experience with vents, IV start, tele, and conscious sedation.- Travel experience required.**Preferred (not required) Cardiac Skill Set:**- Swans-hemodynamic interpretation.- IABP, Impella, ECMO.- Vasoactive drips.- CRRT experience is beneficial.**Preferred but Not Required Certifications and Skills:**- Chemo, CCRN, ONS, TNCC, CPI preferred.- Triage, ICP, PA lines, Level 1 Trauma Experience preferred.- Administration of chemotherapy.- Skills in arterial line management, blood product administration, care of ventilated patients, central line care/management, infection prevention, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, isolation precautions/PPE, management of patients with multisystem organ dysfunction/failure.- Expertise in CVVHD/CRRT, ECMO, ICP monitoring, Impella, intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP), and monitoring of pulmonary artery line/Swan Ganz.**Licenses:**- MO: Submit without license OK; requires MO or compact (no issuance if tied to another compact state).- IL: License in hand required at time of submittal.- Compact: Must match permanent residence otherwise submit for update + confirm ETA.**Compliance and Other Requirements:**- No local candidates accepted within 75-mile radius.- Must have completed all compliance requirements by 3pm CST on the Monday before the initial start date.- Must complete fit testing; no exceptions for facial hair.- Compliance requirements include completing specific modules pre-start.
