Personal Lines Account Manager

Personal Lines Account Manager Fully remote for Florida‑based candidates. Requires experience in quoting and binding personal lines policies. About the role: This position oversees client service and communication, ensuring excellence in every interaction. Responsibilities include managing administrative processes for client insurance policies such as renewals, remarkets, invoicing, evidence of insurance, MVRs, and Clue reports. The role also handles proposals, AORs (Agency of Record), cancellations, and policy reviews, manages incoming correspondence, facilitates effective team communication, delegates work to Account Associates, and mentors and trains team members. Key Responsibilities Maintain book of business: review and bind renewals, remarket, quote, and bind additional lines of business. Protect clients' assets through comprehensive insurance products and eliminate coverage gaps. Collaborate with underwriters to find creative solutions for customer needs. Track expiring, past‑due renewals, and A/R reports to ensure timely servicing. Create and distribute invoicing for new business, renewals, and premium‑bearing endorsements; collect outstanding balances. Facilitate client claims processes as needed. Monitor performance: ensure productivity, efficiency, quality, and service standards are met; recommend corrective actions when appropriate. Communicate with supervisor regarding obstacles and performance expectations; seek and implement performance coaching. Collaborate with commercial sales personnel to develop solutions for mutual clients. Champion core values and demonstrate integrity and leadership. Ideal Candidate Qualifications 5+ years of industry experience. State‑required active licensing. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Strong multi‑tasking, organizational, delegation, and decision‑making skills. High accuracy in handling large work volumes. Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Salary Range The expected pay range for this position is $50,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on experience, relevant skills, and geographic location.
