Position Title: Maintenance Manager

Wage: Based on Experience

Our client in Schofield, WI is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead facility and equipment maintenance operations in a manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, managing maintenance personnel, and ensuring safe and efficient operations.

Maintenance Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a maintenance team
- Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Ensure equipment uptime, safety, and operational efficiency
- Manage maintenance schedules, budgets, and resources
- Coordinate maintenance activities with operations teams
- Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory requirements

Requirements for Maintenance Manager:
- Previous experience in a Maintenance Manager or related leadership role
- 3-5 years of management experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of maintenance processes, systems, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational abilities
- Experience with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is preferred
