Customer Service Representative

JOB SUMMARY Caliber Collision is seeking a Customer Service Representative for its Fairfax Service Center on Pickett Rd. The role covers all-purpose duties such as greeting and providing outstanding service to internal and external customers, monitoring daily work volume and recommending load level requests, coordinating rental car and towing service needs, and maintaining extensive knowledge of insurance partner requirements concerning authorizations, billing, and load level processes. RESPONSIBILITIES Greet customers and deliver outstanding service. Monitor work volume and recommend load level requests. Coordinate rental car and towing services. Maintain knowledge of insurance partner processes (authorizations, billing, load level). QUALIFICATIONS 1+ year(s) of experience in a customer‑facing environment. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to navigate multiple software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite. Capacity to work through competing priorities and adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Strong personable and friendly customer‑service approach. Team collaboration skills.
