Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (based on experience)
• Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit

What You'll Do:

• Assess patients' physical, neurological, and cognitive functions to develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver patient-centered therapies in outpatient and acute care settings
• Develop and update treatment plans in collaboration with physicians
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy goals, procedures, and prognosis
• Supervise Occupational Therapist Assistants, aides, and students
• Recommend adaptive equipment and assist in securing necessary supplies
• Document treatment sessions accurately for billing and regulatory compliance
• Participate in team meetings, community education, and program development
• Serve as a case manager for assigned patients, promoting high-quality care

What You Need:

• Valid Michigan Occupational Therapist license
• 1+ year clinical experience preferred
• Strong assessment, communication, and patient education skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Commitment to ethical standards and patient confidentiality
