About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Account Executive who will work to prospect, nurture, demo, and close opportunities with innovative dealerships. This role is requires a highly detailed-oriented, technical individual with a strong belief that exceptional digital experiences can meaningfully improve the consumer experience when shopping for a vehicle online. In this job, you can expect to: Drive new business by identifying, prospecting, and closing opportunities with new clients. Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and post-demo follow up. Manage a full sales cycle: lead generation, pipeline management, contract negotiation, and deal closure. Develop strong relationships with dealer principals, general managers and digital marketing leaders. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas. Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and dealership technology needs. We are looking for someone who has/is: Evidence of exceptional ability 3+ years of experience SaaS sales in automotive A high performer with a track record of exceeding sales targets A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment Compensation: $70,000 - $80,000 of base salary with OTE of $275,000 Competitive compensation aligned with experience and scope of the role. Final details are discussed during the interview process. Motive contributes 100% of the cost of employees' health, dental, and vision insurance premiums. For employees’ dependents, Motive covers 50% of their insurance premiums. Work Location: Remote or in-person in Oklahoma City While Motive is headquartered in Oklahoma City, our team is fully distributed across the US.
