You’ll take customer selections, process them quickly and correctly, and help ensure our clients get exactly what they ordered, no mistakes, no surprises. Your attention to detail keeps us a step ahead. **What You’ll Be Doing:*** Input and import customer selections into our WBS database within 24–48 hours* Record carpet exclusions and request trim estimates for a smoother customer experience* Scan and catalog all quote-related documents for easy reference* Update entries as changes come in, no outdated info on your watch* Double-check every entry to ensure 100% data accuracy* Collaborate with your team to hit goals and improve processes**What We’re Looking For:*** High school diploma required* 2+ years of administrative experience is a plus* Strong attention to detail, you catch what others miss* Great under pressure and deadline-driven environments* Solid time management and problem-solving skills* Basic computer proficiency.
